the game uses TrueSkill to find u a match based on your actual skill of the game rather than other factors such as lvl, civ, etc, the only problem is sometimes it will pair u with premium players, players whose lvls are way higher than urs, or both. Since u also need premium for custom matches it might take u a while to find a match with another free2play person
@awesomevids6587 that means you HAVE to buy game if you want to enjoy it without frustration by being pwned by premium guys? Or you can choose to play only with other free-to-play guys?
@jmw97 u can download fraps for free cept theres heavy restrictions (vids can be 30 seconds long at max), so i suggest u look for an alternative that is free, i use camstudio and it works fine
@izvarzone keep in mind that i said that free players CAN beat premium players, but it IS usually the other other way around because of the advantages that a premium player has over free players

@izvarzone did u even watch this video? if ur a gud enough free player u can still take down premium players. In a lot of cases premium players will tend to win due to the advantages by rare & epic gear and advisors but that doesnt mean that the game is “pay2win”
