Another point to point out. Is how would Non- Cyborg lex be abel to communicate with cyborg lex? Through alterinate universes? Non cyborg lex was obviously expecting him because he mentions ” Your late. ” Its a time travel, trust me. Alternate universe sets you up with a storyline written by three year olds and hardly makes sense.
@MegaVCN You might be right about the time travel thing. Batman refers to it as the chrono-field, and chrono means time.

Your missing the point that Future lex DESOLVES. You see it in the cutscene after you get off brainiacs ship in the start. Why infect an alternate universe with powers of your universe? To bring them back? What? Makes no sense. Brainiac has already taken over their FUTURE, therefore he leaves the exobites to the PAST, causing future lex’s future to stop hapening. WHICH is why he disolves into thin air as though he didnt exist. ITS TIME TRAVEL.
@MegaVCN He *says* he’s going to the other universe to infect the population with exobytes and then bring some superheroes back to his universe to save it from Brainiac. That’s the plan that Luthor, Batman and Fracture have come up with anyway. Luthor might have some other hidden agenda though, such as staying in the alternate universe.

That makes NO sense though. His universe falls apart so he jumps back to another universe to stop what happens in his universe? Alternate universes dont affect eachother. If you watch the original trailer and skip to the end. Lex specifically says ” I traveled back in TIME to warn you. This is my PAST but your FUTURE. “

Not a different universe, the batman saying he’ll return is from the same legends universe as the past.

Future batman can NOT come back for revenge. Future lex disapeers to nothing because he releases the exobites, thus ceasing his future to exist. Batman cant come back sicne his reality/present/ future no longer exists.
