Not sure what the movie is, but there’s a manga by Junji Ito that’s by the same premises.

@werewolfgirl1995 There is this thing called fetus infeto (not sure how it is spelt) where one twin becomes fused within the other before birth. One 32 year old man thought he had a tumor, but in fact it was his twin inside him. It is usually detected by ultrasound though, so unless you were concieved on everest or something it would have been spotted by now.
