@penisculatus This game is from 1984. It’s just running inside an emulator. If you want a similar game from the same year with smoother movement, try Time Pilot ’84.
@SOLIDSNAKEXXX360 i wasnt doing anything. i was just being mean to the 3 (now 7) haters. no harm in that. unless, of course, u are one of them. then in that case, right back at ya!
obama really likes classic game room! he’s got my vote? ehh…
there’s no excuse to release a game like that in this day and age. i don’t give a shit about the graphics, but he jerky movement, the limited controls and lack of any innovation makes this nothing more than a cash grab. I’m disappointed you would rave about it so much.
Game Room for Xbox 360 needs to be resurrected and add some more companies (instead of just Konami, Atari, and Intellivision).
when are you going to do a review for resistance 3?
@goldensolder44 Technically, at the time the original Vanguard was released, it was actually the theme for Star Trek: The Motion Picture
I don’t care how awesome this sounded in 84 or whatever, but in 2011 (and probably 84, too) that shooting sound hurts my ears and gives me a headache.
@Rabite890 If you’re talking about the joke he made, god no. It wasn’t related to the video at all, just some random shit joke that no one with a shred of intelligence gives a shit about.
Seems much better then any PS3 exclusive.
This is the Zelda 2 of the Vanguard family.
@MrYamwow Dammit why do people have to ruin what little positive image I do have of society?
this game should kick ass on the 3ds
looks and sounds more like a sequel to xevious than vanguard
hmmm, no star trek: the next generation soundtrack this time.
In the arcade this could also be seen as called Xevious II or super Xevious or something like that. I don’t think it was originally called Vanguard II.
@bierbuik don’t blame you
it’s hard to show that kind of things through text
@ptwob The original Time Pilot, yes. The sequel, Time Pilot 84, is an overhead view above futuristic cities.
@Hmmfomtgal can yoou fuck off? thanks
@Minority119 oh
@Rabite890 not relle he probaly just copied it iv seen that comment quite a few times befor
@zoh87 I’d actually say around %15 to %20.
3 people have to give me $5 each(so i can go buy a psp
) (i almost have enough money!!!!!)
Funny … when I saw this game, it looks more comparable to Time Fighter 2 than Bosconian. I wouldn’t be surprised if the designers used the code of TF2 as a base to make this game.
In my opinion, these types of games seem unplayable without analog control, eight directions are simply not enough.
