arcade machine looked awesome, but i recall that it was a manual transmission, which was impossible to me as a kid; i also think there was a multi screen version. either way i hated the genesis port and the arcade, so hard it was not fun at all…hated it more cause it looked so cool and was just a major let down, plus it could have been one of those machines that charged 2 or 3 times the amount as most games :/

@GimpVisions the dentists office i used to go to had a hard drivin arcade machine, didn’t know what the hell it was untill now, it was fucking impossible though…

    Wow

  4. crunkeith says:

I believe he is referring to “Test Drive” where you can build your own tracks

@SNESFanboy64 Seeing your comment makes me want to get my nintendo 64 back. Goldeneye, super mario 64 and F-Zero X FTW. Still need to find and buy a SNES though. I had a mega drive when I was younger so I never really played any SNES games except for Super mario world and donkey kong country.

  6. WeStandToFight says:

I remember playing this on an arcade machine at a go kart racetrack…yes, I played this before going driving for real! the machine was obviously broke because I had unlimited plays, I loved driving up a ramp at top speed and dying just to see the replays!

    @Corad4 Ok?

  8. Corad4 says:

    @Caleb1upman
Look up Lightening Force’s OST. (Thunder Force IV)
    Just Saying.

omg i dont even know y i wasted my time playing this game as a kid, as dumb as it was I couldn’t get enough of crashing into the cow the day I discovered it mooed lol And the only reason I’d ever go back to play it was to crash off the loop just to hear the funny dramatic music and the cow lol

  10. Daviljoe193 says:

Yay, Hard Drivin’, using the Sega Virtua Processor, wait WHAT? But the Sega Virtua Processor was used for only one game, Virtua Racing which has not only a better framerate, but also has controls that fricken work. Wait never mind, it’s from Tengen. Still look ok for the Genesis.

  11. Caleb1upman says:

@SNESFanboy64 Don`t forget about Killer Instinct and Mega Man X and also Donkey Kong Country, F-Zero,Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars,Street Fighter Turbo,The Legend of Zelda:A Link to the Past, and Star Fox!!! :P I never did like sports games either. and Super Mario Kart. The SNES version of Doom had better music while the 32X version sounded like farting!!!! XP

  12. SNESFanboy64 says:

@Caleb1upman Totally agree man, the Genesis sounds like a screaming girl while the SNES sounds like an orchestra! Also, the main reason why I like the SNES is just the awesome RPG’s and platformers. I love Super Mario World and Super Metroid and definitely the Final Fantasy games. The Genesis is mostly known for those sports games but I never liked sports games… except racing, but the SNES also had more racing games.

  13. Caleb1upman says:

@SNESFanboy64 Your a SNES fanboy? Do you know what I think of SNES fanboys?!?! I think thier awsome because I like SNES too!!!! :P Sega fanboys always talk about how Genisis is better than SNES they really need to get real lifes Genisis is fun but, I like SNES more because no add-ons, better games (My opinion), and also has a better soundchip, but the main reason I liked SNES is because of Donkey Kong Country!!!!! :D

  14. SNESFanboy64 says:

Yeah Like nobody knows Goldeneye 64 right? Or Perfect Dark. Or Legend of Zelda. Or Banjo Kazooie. Yeah how about go to an N64 Review and ask if anybody knows what an Nintendo 64 or Super Nintendo is okay? Cause I think you need someone to explain what these systems are. Or ask if someone still pulls out there N64 to play Goldeneye 64 on it. Bet you don’t know such classics. I feel sorry for you. They are great games.

  15. Itachihates says:

@SNESFanboy64 I didn’t see him mention Black Ops. But to be honest there are great new games like Mass Effect and Dues Ex. Those are great games and they are modern. I enjoy my retro games I still have my N64 hooked up with Goldeneye for when a couple friends come over. PS not every person who like modern games plays Black Ops. Cod4 was the best one because it was innovative while Black ops is just Cod4 with different guns and maps.

  16. SNESFanboy64 says:

@ignaciojork What do you mean forever alone guy? Every one loves retro video games. If you are completely crazy over your shitty Call of Duty: Black ops then go ahead. Goldeneye 64, Perfect Dark, Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, Turok, Hexen, Duke Nukem 3D, Quake, Quake 2 all kicks Call of Duty’s ass. It is a Video game franchise that should have never been made. If you disrespect our history of video games than how about move to the Sahara desert and marry your PS3, society of video games don’t want you.

  17. ignaciojork says:

@SNESFanboy64 so u r just a 4ever alone guy… Im sorry 4 u…. there a lot of good games today on both plataforms PC and consoles…

  18. SNESFanboy64 says:

@ignaciojork Best era of video games? I am cursed because of modern games. HARD DRIVIN Maybe pretty sluggish but I would still play this over any game on the PS3 and 360. Why? Because modern games are as fucking boring as watching a 4 min. barbie cartoon. Every single creator this games can only come up with one concept for a video game, Online Multi-player. I am sicking tired of this generation. Modern games have gave up my hope for a better future in games. Video games have landed in hell.

  19. ignaciojork says:

@SNESFanboy64 yes my young friend… back in time when when computers were slugs processors without dedicated 3D video cards in 3D games that were much worse than you see my young man… be thankful you live in the best era of video games ;)

  20. SNESFanboy64 says:

Mark, you call this playable?! Four to Five frames is playable?!!! UUHHHHH!

  21. philiptwood says:

The Genesis 3D was much better then the SNES version.

  22. philiptwood says:

    Darn commercials… :P

  23. abbs123 says:

haha…. so glad i found this. Im playing this on the midway arcade treasures 2 on xbox.
